This exceptional and unique opal is both captivating in its design as well as it intense colours. Inspired by the twists and turns of the Great Barrier Reef this beautiful opal features a beautiful pool of blue, green and aqua colour play. Designed around the opal split this truly one-off piece also has a high polished geo faceted back.

Gemstone Details

62.40ct Solid Australian Boulder Opal. This unique and significant piece has been designed to work with the original opal split. The back of the piece has been fine polished and features a geo faceted pattern and the front of the piece features mostly the original split of the opal with only minor work to soften sharp edges and create a smooth frame.

This is an intensely coloured opal with a fire of blue & green that shows even with very limited light.

Cut, carved & polished in Noosa, Queensland from rough material sourced from Australia by the artisan.
