It's important to all of us here at Mombasa Rose that you really love your purchase!
If you buy a product that you are unhappy with, if it doesn't fit or doesn't suit then we are happy to offer you the following
Full priced items: Credit note for you to purchase an alternative product online.
Sale or discounted item: Credit note for you to purchase an alternative product online.

Please follow the steps below to complete a Mombasa Rose return
1. Complete the returns form included with your parcel or
2. Please send the return along with the completed form to the following address with 14 days of receiving your purchase

We do not cover the postage charge for returned items. We also recommend you return your items with a traceable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. Mombasa Rose will not be held responsible for damaged or lost return items.
3. Upon receipt of the returned items and returns form we will inspect the items(s) and issue or exchange accordingly. Returned items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.
4. Please note that returns can take up to 7 days to process. Please note your credit note will be valid for 12 months and can be only be used online.
Whilst we inspect each item that we send out to our customers to maintain a high level of quality in our products, should you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we will happily refund you in full or exchange the item.
You will always be refunded by the method of payment used. In particular if your purchase from our online store was made with credit note or gift voucher then you will be refunded a credit note or gift voucher.
If you do request refund we will return the money to you within 7 working days. If you have paid via paypal your payment will be refunded to your paypal account, if you have paid via credit card it will be returned to the card used.
Condition of returned Goods:
- Item must be returned with in 14 days (21 days for international orders)
- Any items returned after 14 days (21 days on international orders) will not be accepted.
- If an item was purchased using a discount code you will only be refunded the amount paid for the garment.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- The item must be returned in good condition (unless deemed to be faulty)
