Please carefully read our terms and condition of sale before placing your order. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. We always recommend checking our full returns and shipping policy online.


We may update these terms and conditions time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.


Returns Policy

It's important to all of us here at Mombasa Rose that you really love your purchase!

As such we are offer credit note for items that are returned due to change of mind, incorrect size purchased, dislike of fit and/or style of the item. You will need to return the item to us at your own cost, in the original condition including tags/packaging and within 21 days of receiving the purchase.  We do not offer refunds for change of mind/dislike returns.

Any items returned that are not in keeping with the above will be returned to you at your own cost.

Items purchased using a promotional discount code may be returned for a credit of the amount paid.

Unfortunately, due to health regulations we cannot offer change of mind returns for earrings. This policy is in accordance with Australian consumer law. 

We recommend you return your items with a trackable delivery method so you are covered in case the returned item is lost or damaged during transit. Mombasa Rose will not be held responsible for damaged or lost return items.

Please note that returns can take up to 7 working days to process. Please note your credit note will be valid for 36 months and can be only be used online.

 

Faulty Items

Should you receive a faulty item we will replace, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. If you have received a faulty please email us at contact@mombasarose.com.au with your order details and a photo of the fault.

You will always be refunded by the method of payment used. In particular if your purchase from our online store was made with credit note or gift voucher then you will be refunded a credit note or gift voucher.
