An unusual twist on an Australian Opal necklace, the beads are multicoloured quartz and Agate, the Opal pendant is freeform shape reflecting the shapes of the necklace beads. A great everyday opal and gemstone necklace.

  • This Australian Boulder Opal has a pond of earthy teal crystal. Sourced in the Central Queensland opal fields.
  • The necklace is made from many organically shaped Quartz and Agate beads.
  • Opal is 1.7cm across. Pendant hangs at 2.2cm including the bail.
  • Necklace length is 46cm long.
  • The Opal was cut and polished by Noosa Studio Opals.

Gemstone Details

The necklace is made from many gemstone seed beads, including natural Turquoise, Pearls, Peridot, Citrine, Amethyst, Sunstone, Rock Crystal and Iolite.

This Australian opal has a pool of earthy blueish mauve down the centre.

It's often associated with personal empowerment and inner strength, with some attributing mystical powers to it. Amethyst is even said to cure drunkenness and enhance quick-wittedness in business.

Jewellery Care

Please take really good care of your opal jewellery, avoid any chemical contact including make up, perfume and hairspray. Opals are somewhat fragile and can chip, shatter and be damaged by dropping or any sharp impact. Store in a cloth or a soft jewellery case.

Please be careful with any cosmetic chemical around natural gems as they can damage the surface.

Refrain from putting undue pressure on the necklace.

Dropping your good jewellery can result in stones becoming loose or chipping.
